A little girl who was nine years old and camping with her family over the weekend went missing while they were there. Charlotte Sena was last seen on Saturday evening riding her bicycle in Moreau Lake State Park, which is located approximately 35 miles (60 kilometres) north of Albany.

The police have stated that it is conceivable that she had been abducted from that location.

The circumstances around Sena’s disappearance have led the police to assume that she is in immediate danger, according to their statements. She had been riding her bike around a loop in the picturesque park with other children when she made the decision to continue cycling around the loop by herself for one more time.

According to what Governor Kathy Hochul stated during a briefing on Sunday, the child’s parents were concerned after 15 minutes passed and the fourth-grader still had not returned.

After spotting her daughter’s bicycle at approximately 6:45 p.m. on Saturday, the girl’s mother dialled 911.
After an intense search, authorities on Sunday morning issued an Amber Alert for Saratoga County because “it was quite possible that an abduction had taken place,” as stated by the state police Lt. Colonel Richard Mazzone. According to the warning, she is a white girl with blonde hair and green eyes, and she stands approximately 4 feet 6 inches (1.37 metres) tall.

Hochul, who described Charlotte as a “joyful” girl who was recently chosen a class officer for student council, added that “we are leaving no stone, no branch, no table, no cabin unturned, untouched, unexamined in our search to find Charlotte.”

“We are leaving no stone, no branch, no table, no cabin unturned, untouched, unexamined in our search to find Charlotte,” he said. Sena, a native of the neighbouring town of Greenfield, was last seen wearing a dark blue shirt with an orange tie-dye Pokemon design, dark blue trousers, black Crocs and a grey bike helmet.
