Doncaster Stabbing Westfield – Two men have been stabbed in a brutal incident that took place in the middle of a crowded shopping center in full view of scared bystanders.

A young girl can be seen on surveillance camera staring in horror at an adult male who is kicking him repeatedly while he is laying on the ground with a huge knife embedded in his torso. Another offender is seen kicking the victim. Around 6.45 o’clock on Saturday evening, emergency personnel went to the Westfield retail centre located in Doncaster, which is located in Melbourne’s northwest.

Injuries and Hospitalization

One male, age 21, was transported to the hospital in critical condition, while another man of the same age was also transported to the hospital with injuries that were not considered to be life-threatening.

Shortly after the event, police detained three male suspects, aged 17, 18, and 19 years old, who are suspected of being involved in the incident. After obtaining bail, all three were allowed to go free.

In a vicious attack that took place at a Westfield shopping centre in Doncaster, which is located in Melbourne’s northwest, two men were stabbed in plain view of scared spectators.

Arrest of Suspects

The 18- and 19-year-old defendants are scheduled to appear in the Ringwood Magistrate’s Court on March 8, 2019, while the 17-year-old defendant is scheduled to make an appearance in the children’s court at a later date.

Victoria Police have announced that a 19-year-old male has been charged with knowingly and carelessly causing injury, reckless behaviour endangering serious injury, possessing a controlled weapon, stealing, and engaging in affray. These charges come on top of the fact that he has been charged with possessing a controlled weapon.

While the 18-year-old was charged with misdemeanors, theft, and bail, the 17-year-old faced similar accusations of intentionally causing harm, reckless conduct, endangering serious injury, affray, possessing cannabis, and carrying controlled weapons. The 17-year-old also faced similar allegations of intentionally causing injury, reckless conduct, and endangering serious injury.

Ongoing Investigation

The police are operating under the assumption that neither of the participants knew each other before to the altercation.
