Damian Lillard climbs to fourth on the NBA’s all-time 3-pointers list

Damian Lillard, has made it to fourth place on the NBA’s all-time 3-pointers made list. He surpassed Hall of Famer Reggie Miller during a match against the Los Angeles Lakers.

Lillard has made at least 200 3-pointers for eight seasons, and is on track to make it nine, tying with Golden State’s Klay Thompson for the second-most such seasons in league history.

Stephen Curry holds the record with the most seasons. The top three spots on the list are held by Ray Allen, James Harden, and Curry, respectively. Harden is still actively playing for the LA Clippers, and has made 300 more 3-pointers than Lillard.

Lillard’s All-Star performance has helped the Milwaukee Bucks, who are currently in the top three in the Eastern Conference, along with Cleveland, with just over a month left in the regular season. The team has been redefining its identity and rediscovering its dominant defense under the new head coach Doc Rivers.
