Steph Curry’s fancy Silicon Valley home Valley mansion in the most expensive zip code in the United States.

Curry used to live in an Austin house that was only 7,535 square feet and took up 1.18 acres. He now lives in a much nicer home in the country’s most expensive zip code. Front Office Sports has learned that Curry sold his old home to Forrest Li, a wealthy businessman, for $31.2 million near the end of 2021.

That’s $1.2 million more than what he paid for his new 17,761-square-foot home in December 2020.

Four-time NBa winner lives on a 1.7-acre lot in Atherton, where he also owns the house he just bought.

It has seven bedrooms, a bar, a wine store, a movie theatre and a swimming pool.

The story says that the master bedroom has a marble bathtub, a fireplace and a wet bar.

The house feels airy because it has high ceilings and lots of large windows that let in lots of natural light and connect the inside to the beautiful land it’s on.

Even though Curry has already proven himself to be a good investor, it’s still a surprise that he knows how to flip houses and make money off of them. He makes the most money on the game than any other NBA player. He also makes the second most money in the league, with $95.1 million expected this year.

Curry has a new deal that pays him $215 million over four years. He is now in the first year of it. Besides his work with Under Armour, his content company unanimous Media, and his new children’s book “I Have a Superpower,” he also has a number of other business ventures.
