“Jokić Says He Would Want to Team Up with Dončić in Denver”

Nikola Jokić and Luka Dončić, two of the most renowned European players in NBA history, had a fun time during the All-Star break. They had a great time on and off the court, from messing with each other during press conferences to playing catch while heading down the court during the All-Star Game.

A reporter asked Jokić whether it would be possible for he and Dončić to play together one day. Jokić responded by saying “I don’t know. It’s possible. I don’t want to leave Denver. I like it there, and it’s a great organization. But if Luka gets pissed off in Dallas, he can come,” Jokić said in his native Serbian.

He said this in his native Serbian, which was translated by Miroslav Ćuk on X, formerly Twitter. Although Jokić and Dončić have a joking relationship, it’s still interesting to imagine what they could accomplish together. Jokić, who won two NBA MVPs, and Dončić, who was a five-time All-Star, could make an excellent team.
