Jordan’s NBA Finals Shoes Sell for Jaw-Dropping $8 Million

Michael Jordan’s NBA Finals-worn sneakers, known as “The Dynasty Collection,” achieved a groundbreaking global auction sale of $8,032,800, setting a new record for game-worn shoes, as reported by Sotheby’s.

The collection, featuring iconic models from the years the Chicago Bulls secured NBA titles, includes Air Jordan VI (1991) to Air Jordan XIV (1998). Each pair represents a year Jordan earned the NBA Finals MVP title.

Former Bulls PR director Tim Halland’s foresight led to this collection, with Jordan contributing a shoe for each Finals victory. The buyer’s identity remains undisclosed. This surpasses last year’s record of $2,238,000 for a single pair.
