“Kevin Huerter Suffers Shoulder Injury During Kings vs. Grizzlies Game”

During Monday night’s game against Memphis, Sacramento Kings guard Kevin Huerter was injured in his left shoulder. He had to leave the game and was not able to return.

The injury happened when Huerter was attempting a layup in the first quarter, and Grizzlies guard Desmond Bane made contact with his left arm, causing him to fall to the ground. Bane was called for a common foul. Huerter was able to get a rebound, assist and steal before leaving the game.

Huerter, who is 25 years old, missed a game last Wednesday against the Los Angeles Lakers due to a right leg contusion. He returned to the lineup on Saturday against the New York Knicks. This season, Huerter is averaging 10.4 points and 3.5 rebounds per game, and he has a 3-point shooting percentage of 36.1%.
