Russell Westbrook Becomes 25th Player Ever to Achieve 25,000 Career Points in the NBA”

During the LA Clippers’ win against Detroit (136-124), he scored his 25,000th career point, becoming the 25th player in history to do so. 

Westbrook, famous for triple-doubles, now shares a unique achievement with LeBron James – both have 25,000 points, 9,000 assists, and 8,000 rebounds.

“I’m so grateful to be on this team,” said Westbrook,

Now, he’s chasing Jerry West and Reggie Miller on the all-time scoring list. Westbrook, LeBron James, Kevin Durant, and James Harden are the only active players with 25,000+ points. 

Westbrook expressed gratitude for the milestone, highlighting the joy of playing basketball in his 15th season.
