“USA Basketball Team Finalizes Squad for 2024 Paris Olympics: Who Made the Cut?”

The USA basketball team is currently in the process of finalizing their roster for the Summer Olympics. They are heavily favored to win another gold medal in the event, which is set to take place in Paris in 2024.

ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski has reported that the team has chosen 11 of its 12 players. This includes some big names like Steph Curry, LeBron James, Kevin Durant, and Anthony Davis. The last spot on the team will be announced soon, with several players being considered.

The team’s depth chart currently looks something like this:

– Point Guards: Curry, Holiday/Haliburton

– Shooting Guards: Booker/Edwards

– Small Forwards: Durant/Tatum

– Power Forwards: James/AD

– Center: Embiid/Adebayo

While some players like Joel Embiid and Steph Curry will be making their first appearance in the Olympics, others like LeBron James and Kevin Durant are experienced and have already won gold medals.

Paul George, who has previously won a gold medal, is not guaranteed a spot on the team. Meanwhile, Kawhi Leonard is likely to make the cut if he is fit, but he is currently dealing with a knee injury. Other players being considered for the final spot include Paolo Banchero, Mikal Bridges, Jalen Brunson, and Paul George.
